Quad.io does not sell your data. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how to reach us.
Quad.io does not sell your data. We collect as little as we can, use it only for the reason you gave it to us, and follow the laws that apply to us.
This policy covers www.quad.io and email you send to Quad.io. Other sites we link to, including product sites, have their own policies.
What we collect
This website is a static brochure. It does not create accounts, take payments, or host forms.
We may have:
- Email you send us. Messages to hello@quad.io, careers@quad.io, or other Quad.io addresses, including names, contact details, and anything else you include.
- Color-mode preference. If you set light or dark mode, that choice is stored in your browser's local storage. It does not leave your device.
- Ordinary server logs. Our host may record request data such as IP address, time, and browser type in order to run and protect the site.
We do not run advertising trackers or a marketing pixel on this site.
How we use it
We use this information to:
- Reply to you and do the work you asked for
- Evaluate job applications
- Operate, secure, and improve the site
- Meet legal duties
We do not sell your data. We do not share it for advertising. We do not give it to third parties for their own marketing.
Sharing
We share information only when we have to:
- Service providers who host this site or our email, solely to perform that work for us
- Legal requirements when a law, court order, or similar process requires it
- Safety if we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to protect people or to prevent abuse of our systems
Those parties may only use the information for the purpose we gave it.
Retention
We keep email and related records as long as needed for the conversation, the application, or the legal duty that required them, then delete or archive them in the ordinary course of business. Server logs follow our host's ordinary retention. You can clear the color-mode preference by clearing site data in your browser.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to limit how we use it. We will honor those requests as required by applicable law.

Children
This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always posted on this page. Material changes will be reflected here.
